Stanold was formed by Paul Oldfield in 2025. It was named after his Grandad, Stanley Oldfield. The Stanold vision is to provide unparalleled construction project solutions.

Paul has over 34 years’ experience in successfully managing the construction processes from inception to completion. He spent almost a decade at Tilbury Douglas Construction in the 1990's, followed by over 20 years at BAM Construction and was a central part of their industry leading 'design and build' team.

He is a leading construction design manager, having worked on many of the most successful design and build projects in the UK and many other high profile, complex projects. His portfolio includes projects up to a value of £250M, and he brings recent experience as Project Director at Legends where he worked on projects on some of Europe’s most famous stadiums including FC Barcelona and Liverpool FC. HIs first contract with Stanold was for RISE Developments at Leeds United as Project Design Director.

Paul is highly skilled in managing all aspects of the pre-construction and construction processes, delivering solutions for clients.
